矿井大流量动水注浆细骨料截流技术

摘要:

以桑树坪煤矿为例,研究了细骨料在矿井大流量动水注浆中的应用。总结了以往矿井动水注浆中使用的截流材料,阐述了桑树坪煤矿突水和堵水工程的过程,分析了骨料截流的机理和细骨料在动水截流中的可能性,论述了采用细骨料砂子进行截流的工艺和方法,研究了桑树坪矿动水截流的条件。实践表明,在突水量达8000m3/h的矿井大流量动水截流中,只使用细骨料而不使用粗骨料也能完成截流任务;分析认为,桑树坪煤矿堵水中砂子能成功截流与动水压力小及过水面积大有关。

Abstract:

Take Sangshuping coal mine as an example, the author studied the application of fine aggregate in large flow hydrodynamic grouting. The paper summarized the closure materials of hydrodynamic grouting in grouting, stated the process of water inrush and plugging, analyzed the mechanism of aggregate closure technology and the possibility of hydrodynamic closure with fine aggregate, discussed the technology and method of closure with fine aggregate, and researched the conditions of hydrodynamic closure in Sangshuping coal mine. Practice shows that the mission of closure can be accomplished only using fine aggregate in hydrodynamic plugging that the water inrush flow was 8000m3/h. the analysis shows that it was related to the low hydrodynamic pressure and the large discharge area that the closure mission was completed with sand in Sangshuping coal mine.
